The Council wishes to procure a contractor to undertake the re-roofing works based on a Bauder felt roofing system as specified in tender documents annexed to this ITT. Tenderers should note that any tender submission based on an alternative roofing systems will be deemed to be non-compliant. The intention is to deliver the re-roofing project into two separate contracts. Phase 1 scheme comprising roof 1A, 1B and 1C will be delivered during the summer of 2018 school closure period and the Phase 2 scheme will be tendered and delivered next year over the 2019 summer period.
