The Client is leasing a new Shell & Core Commercial Unit with 534.10m² over a Ground and Mezzanines Floor area. The Works package will essentially be a fit-out of the internal space including new stairs, partition walls, internal doors, ME&P, fire protection and access control systems, but excluding external doors and fenestration; creating 4 nr. classroom spaces, w.c. for secondary school age students, and associated educational and administration facilities.
