The scope of works is primarily new landscaping and safeguarding elements within the grounds. A new 2.4 high perimeter fence, associated gates, alterations to existing intercom and CCTV are required. A vehicle turning circle to the rear entrance is proposed as well as a new multi-use game area (MUGA) with associated drainage and surface levelling. A Design Brief will be provided.
