Emissions and Abatement Cost Projections

DECC is looking for a contractor or contractors to undertake three discrete pieces of research. The first piece of research is a core output and essential whereas the other two pieces of research are desirable but are non-mandatory: 1. Forestry abatement modelling to provide data inputs for DECC’s Global Carbon Finance (GLOCAF) model, in the form of Business As Usual (BAU) emissions projections and associated Marginal Abatement Cost Curves (MACCs) for international greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
