Employee Assistance Programme & Occupational Health Service

Portsmouth City Council (the Authority) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to deliver an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and an Occupational Health (OH) service to its staff. Suppliers are invited to submit bids for each service as an individual Lot. Where Suppliers submit bids for both services, the Authority invites Suppliers to submit an optional 'combined bid', highlighting the financial and operational benefits of contracting with one Supplier for both services.
