Employment and Wellbeing Service - NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group

NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG ('the CCG') invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit tenders to deliver a new Employment and Wellbeing service. The service will span primary and secondary care meeting the social, employment and wellbeing needs of people with mental health problems.
