Energy emissions data and MAC curves for 1990 to 2050 for (1) all countries and sectors covered by the EU ETS and (2) key emitting countries and regions which together provide global coverage.

BEIS began a procurement in January 2017 and awarded a contract on 01/03/2017 for Enerdata to produce Business As Usual (BAU) emissions projections and marginal abatement cost (MAC) curves over the period 1990 to 2050 (A) for all countries and sectors covered by the EU ETS and (B) for key emitting countries and regions which together provide global coverage. The project outputs are new data, which are inputs to BEIS in-house Carbon Price Model and GLOCAF model, and an accompanying technical report.
