Energy Procurement Services Framework (Stockport Homes)

This Invitation to tender (ITT) is issued to establish an electricity and gas procurement framework. The contracting authority for this tender is Stockport Homes Limited. The tender process and resulting framework agreement including all call-off contracts is managed by Inenco. The framework is available for use by all contracting authorities as defined by Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102. This ITT and supporting documentation is designed to ensure that all Tenderers are given equal and fair consideration in tendering. This ITT also sets out the tendering conditions.
