The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the appointment of a specialist consultant/energy advisor to work with the University to deliver utility procurement strategy and service. Specifically the supplier will procure electricity, gas and (optionally) water on behalf of the University and will be required to provide other, related services in line with the specification.
