Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver a multiple contractor framework agreement to maximise the collection of debts. The scope of service will comprise of but may not be limited to the collection of road traffic debts (parking/bus lane fines), the non-payment of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) and the service of documents and any such other debts as and when the authority requires.
