The Supplier will need to deliver at pace the following three objectives: Objective 1: To assess learners' initial English Language skills and identify barriers to entering the employment market, or into higher paid roles, and develop tailored support plans. Measure of Success 1: For 90% of all students to have a tailored support plan which identifies barriers to employment with agreed steps to reducing these barriers.
