For 2020/21 six Nottingham City practices over four Primary Care Networks (PCNs) - Nottingham City East PCN (1), Radford & Mary Potter PCN (3), Bulwell & Top Valley PCN (1) and BACHS PCN (1) chose not to participate in ESDS.
