Enhancing the Visitor Experience - The "EVE" Programme

The EVE programme provides Royal Botanic Gardens Kew (RBGKEW) with a number of opportunities to grow its revenue streams and to achieve operational efficiencies through improved and streamlined ways of working. RBG Kew, however, currently finds itself with an extensive aging technical infrastructure and several operational solutions that cater for the needs of certain teams/audiences but do not meet the needs of the organisation as a whole. Many of these processes can be manual which compromises data availability, quality and its accuracy.
