Enterprise Centre East Northants Operator contract

East Northamptonshire Council require a suitably skilled, experienced and reliable operator to promote and manage its purpose built and flag ship Enterprise Centre at Wrath Park, Raunds, which is due to be built by April/May 2019. The Enterprise Centre is aimed at accommodating start ups and small business from across the area. The successful Operator will have the use of a purpose built marketing suite on the site of the development from which to promote and manage the service before taking over and managing the completed building.
