Environment Agency - Laboratory Chemicals and Consumables Framework

We wish to establish a single Framework to provide chemicals and consumables. This Framework will initially serve the Environment Agency and Cefas, although other Defra organisations may wish to join during its lifespan. The Framework will run on the same terms for all Defra organisations.
