Wirral Council is tendering for the provision of an Environmental Enforcement Contract. Wirral organises its work into four lots of geographical areas however compliance with this is not a requirement of this contract and bidders should primarily demonstrate how the Council's corporate vision and outcomes will be delivered through the provision of this service.
