The objective of the East Sussex County Council (ESCC) Modernising Back Office Systems (MBOS) programme is to deliver a transformation programme to provide the high-level business outcomes described in this document through the replacement of the existing ERP system at ESCC. ESCC is seeking responses to this selection questionnaire from providers who are able to provide a fully integrated ERP system on a software as a service (SaaS) basis and implement and configure the system.
