ESCC-ma- The Sussex Coastal Pollution Clean-up & Disposal Service

The Sussex Coastal Pollution Clean-up & Disposal Service East Sussex County Council ('ESCC') and West Sussex County Council ('WSCC') acting as the Waste Disposal Authority ('WDA') for their respective areas and each of ESCC and WSCC's named District and Borough Council's acting as Waste Collection Authorities ('WCA') (together 'the Participating Authorities') have the responsibility of providing both Tier 1 & 2 coastal pollution clean-up services.
