ESCC-RFQ-CS-School Admission Appeals Software

East Sussex County Council (\"the Council\") has developed a software application (the \"Solution\") that enables it to manage appeals against school placements, from the initial appeal submitted into the Solutions' portal from a dissatisfied Parent/Carer through to its conclusion. The solution is now hosted by and in use within the Council, which has enabled it to reduce its administration costs of managing what was previously a resource intensive process, as well as improving the digital experience for those Parents/Carers lodging the appeal.
