ESPH GP Review of Community infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule ( ESPH301 TI) - AWARD

Wealden District Council (WDC) sought Consultants to support and assist the Council in the review of the CIL Charging Schedule which was adopted on 25th November 2015. This work will be divided into three distinct but interconnected parts: a) Provide the necessary viability assessments to help justify the selection, or otherwise, of a revised CIL charge in Wealden. b) Review the infrastructure costing and 'funding gap' analysis to justify CIL charging. c) Support WDC in the charge setting process, consultation, examination and post examination stages
