The Money Advice Service (MAS) is seeking to set up a framework agreement for Design and Artwork Services for a two year with a possible one year extension. MAS's brand is critical to being clear to our audiences about who we are and what we offer. Our brand, and how we express ourselves, is therefore, vital to our reputation and impact.
