The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to establish a framework agreement to meet the Trust's requirements for the supply of Building Management Services (BMS) replacement works services. The ITT documentation provides bidders with the information needed to enable them to bid for the framework agreement to supply BMS replacement works on an on going basis.
