Evaluation of Erewash CCG MCP

Erewash has been chosen as one of the 'vanguard' Multi-specialty Community Providers (MCPs) to move towards a community system where people support themselves and take responsibility for their own care and have access to a community support service. Under the national Vanguard programme, Erewash is spearheading new care models, with the aim of demonstrating success that can be adopted by other areas across the country. The overall aim of this study is to undertake a detailed process and impact evaluation of the Erewash vanguard. The study should be both formative and summative in its design.
