Evaluation of ETF's support for Initial Teacher Education (ITE)

The aim of this project is to evaluate and review the effectiveness of current and recent teacher recruitment programmes funded by the Education and Training Foundation (ETF). The purpose of this tender is to evaluate and assess the impact of ETF's two current recruitment programmes and to determine the effectiveness of the various interventions within the programmes, (e.g. mentoring, technical skills development, recruitment method etc.) as well as measuring the impact of these new recruits upon teaching practice in their organisations, including analysing learner outcomes and any other wider impacts.
