We are looking for a research partner who is able to work with the Adoption National Strategic Team to develop the details of a research plan and start the research on 1 May 2023. There are three main intended outcomes for this contract, which are: 1. Evaluation of the existing models (Adoption Counts and OAWY) utilising both existing data produced by the agencies and gathering new data. 2. Evaluation of new initiatives. To support the national strategic team capture and share the learning and themes emerging from the 7 new initiatives 3. Guidance and recommendations for best practice in establishing similar models
