This evaluation will investigate outcomes from the programme for the current year (2018/19). 'Leading from the Middle' aims to improve the professional effectiveness of those in middle leadership roles with responsibility and accountability for a functional area or curriculum department and the performance of a team within the FE and Training sectors.
