Evaluation of the Systems Research Programme

Defra is seeking to commission a process and impact evaluation of the Systems Research Programme. The overall aim of the evaluation will be to identify what is working well, and less well about the development of system frameworks, products, governance, and methodology, to highlight any early impact the programme has had. The intention of the evaluation is to provide actionable recommendations for the second year of the programme, alongside any recommendations for applying systems thinking more widely within Defra.
