Liverpool City Council is currently negotiating for a new event in October 2018. This is still under contractual negotiations and is not in the public domain. It is estimated that catering will be required for up to 300 persons between the 17th September and the 14th October who will be working alongside significant numbers of UK crew and Liverpool volunteers. Numbers will increase and decrease either side of show days.
