What the buyer wrote

The National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake building alterations to our collections store rooms at Explosion Museum, Gosport. They will be required to work from approved plans and with the curatorial staff to deliver a store room suitable for collections storage, while meeting listed building guidelines. This project is part of a wider development of NMRN collections storage sites to enable collections to be more accessible to all stakeholders including the public. The stores at Explosion Museum have been designated for investment to improve capacity and use for collection storage.
