External audit service for financial year 2019/20 for an initial term of 3 year. The appointment will be subject to an annual review. The Trust has established a wholly-owned subsidiary company. Summerhill Supplies Ltd ("SSL"). It is expected that this service will be included the audit of SSL, At present the Trusts Charitable Trust Fund (operating as Caring Minds ) are audited by a third party.
