Project Name: External Landscaping Works-Main Entrance & Promenade Project Description: You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the remodeling of the external landscape area to our main front entrance and creation of a new promenade to connect the entrance to the A38 footbridge. The project is to be let under the JCT Design & Build Contract (2011).
