External Painting & Decoration

Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing carry out various construction, refurbishment and maintenance contracts to Shropshire Council owned homes and associated buildings. As part of the planned maintenance programme this contract will include painting of all previously painted timber items to exterior of properties, rainwater goods, handrails and selected fencing. Cleaning down of UPVC fixings, cleaning of windows and cleaning out of guttering will also be included in the works. Some items not previously painted (such as newly installed components) may also need to be painted on this contract.
