NHS Portsmouth CCG is seeking to re-procure the DES Special Allocation Scheme for its registered patients. Key objective: • To deliver a Special Allocation Scheme, to ensure that there are sufficient arrangements in place to provide primary medical services to patients who have been subject to immediate removal from a patient list of a primary medical services contractor because of an act or threat of violence.
