We currently discharge this requirement in part by providing an online community for Healthwatch staff and volunteers to access advice information and support. Facebook Workplace meets all our business requirements, much more cost effective by only charging per 'active user' each month, in-depth analytics and a user-friendly interface that many are familiar with.
