Sandwell MBC - Requirement for the Facilitation of Management Development Centre in the Children and Families Service in Sandwell Sandwell Council is committed to the continuous development of their managers in its Children and Families Service. In order to support managers to get the job done at the same time as developing them, the council wishes to commission a Management Development Centre (MDC) to provide an independent and skilled appraisal of managers.
