The aim is to provide a dedicated key working delivery service through the Team Around the Family model to: - Flying Start families (attributed to the Flying Start element) - Non Flying Start families, with children aged 0-18 (attributed to the Families First element including part of the ring-fenced disability allocation) up to the age of 25
