The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) (UK Government) invites tenders for competition under the Open Procedure, in accordance with the The Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for delivering and facilitating a range of FCO induction programmes, using blended learning tools and techniques, to embed essential management and leadership knowledge and skills, to be predominantly taught in a classroom environment. The FCO runs a number of induction courses annually in our main building in King Charles Street, London, UK.
