Fencing and Gates - Repairs, Renewals and Associated Works

Selby District Council (SDC) is making available the opportunity to tender for the replacement & repair of fencing and gates and associated works at Council owned properties - typically residential dwellings (our portfolio comprises in excess of 3,000 properties across the Selby District) - for which our expenditure is currently in the region of up to £100,000 in the first financial year and up to £50,000 for each subsequent year subject to budget.
