Fire Risk Works

Shoreline Housing Partnership is looking for a suitably capable and experienced contractor to carry out works identified from Fire Risk Assessments. This work includes fitting door closers and general joinery works to blocks of flats and sheltered schemes that Shoreline owns. These properties are located within North East Lincolnshire. These blocks also contain leaseholder properties. The contract is for 1 year however we anticipate the works to be completed well within that timescale.
