Flexible Purchasing System - Event Support Services

Liverpool City Council intend to establish a Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) for the provision of services and / or the hire of Equipment for Events ("Event Support Services") that are organised by Liverpool City Council ("the Council"). Due to the nature of these services, this procurement will fall under the Light-Touch Regime but will be conducted broadly based on the general principles of an DPS. This FPS will remain open during the maximum 4 year period; this means that, following the initial assessment and establishment of the FPS organisations can apply to be added to the FPS at any point in time.
