The purpose of this contract is to design and deliver a tailored learning programme for staff working across Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, in line with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) syllabus, to support development of underpinning knowledge for safe food preparation / catering operations across the organisation. We also seek a supplier to take forward our food safety on site auditing programme.
