For the provision of an External Appraisal Facilitator

The purpose of the External Appraisal Facilitator will be to externally facilitate the appraisal of the Board and Committees to ensure: • the continued good governance of the Society, • compliance with the appraisal requirements set out in the HCA regulatory standard for Governance and Viability, and the NHF 2015 Code of Governance, • the process is rigorous and benefits from independence of judgement.
