In accordance with the Police Regulations, Police Pensions Regulations, Injury Benefits Regulations, Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations (LGPS) and relevant legislation advice and guidance, or as amended in the life of this contract. There is a requirement for each Force to have access to a Force Medical Advisor (FMA). In addition to the provision of an FMA service there is also a requirement (in some participating forces) for Occupational Health Nurse and Nurse Advisors.
