The service is configured to act as a validator of inbound email to ensure all unwanted SPAM and other suspicious email gets stopped at the gateway, carryout an anti-virus review and allows for customised email flows where confidential email is sent with a password and the email is stored on the cloud service until recovered by the receiver.
