Fragility Fracture Liaison Service for West Essex CCG

West Essex CCG is committed to the delivery of a fragility fracture liaison service that supports primary and secondary prevention, ensuring equity of patient access to this service. Primary prevention includes ensuring that risk stratification has been undertaken and all appropriate investigations, including DXA scan for those at medium risk, have been requested and completed and start drug and other treatments according to NICE and National Guidance and within local agreements for men.
