Frail and Elderly Programme Patient Engagement and Insights Project

NHS Camden CCG is looking to engage with a suitably qualified provider to undertake the Frail and Elderly Programme and patient Engagement and Insights Project. The contract value for this programme should be between £45,000 and £50,000 excluding VAT Camden has a relatively young population. In absolute numbers, people aged between 25 and 40 years old make up the largest age group. Although older people make up a relatively small proportion of Camden’s population (25,000 persons aged 65 years old and over), the highest percentage growth in the next 10 years will be seen in those aged 75 years and older.
