Framework Agreement for Construction Related Professional Services (2021)

In pursuit of excellence, the range of work will involve the following professional services: • Lot 1- Architecture • Lot 2- Quantity Surveying • Lot 3- Structural Engineering • Lot 4- Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineering (combined) • Lot 5- Principal Designer • Lot 6- Employers Agent A2.2 Commissions will be let on an individual disciplinary basis. Each discipline will be commissioned separately with a Lead Consultant being identified. The Lead Consultant will normally be the Architect except in the case of more specialist works (e.g. stand-alone engineering works).
