Framework Agreement for Creative Services

The British Red Cross "Red Cross" is a humanitarian organisation that refuses to ignore people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. We enable vulnerable people at home and overseas to prepare for and respond to emergencies in their own communities and when the crisis is over, we help people recover and move on with their lives. Red Cross wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Creative Services with a number of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers.
