The objective of this tender process is to establish a Framework Agreement to provide Traffic Management services to Wigan Council. It is intended to appoint a single supplier to this Framework Agreement. The framework agreement will run for a period of 2 years. It is intended that this will commence 1st July 2018, expiring 30th June 2020. In the main the traffic management services requested will be to enable Wigan Council to carry out minor repairs to street lighting, carriageway and drainage repairs, as well as grass cutting, road sweeping and lining.
