The objective of this tender process is to establish a Framework Agreement to provide highway road lining works to Wigan Council. This framework agreement is to carry out road marking replacement and removal to the borough's highway network which have been identified from inspections and customer enquiries. In the main the works requested will be to replace markings along sections of carriageway that have been eroded away by road users.
